How do I create a family group?

To create a family group, go to the Families page and click "Create New Family". Give your family a name, and you'll automatically become the family owner. You can then invite family members using their email addresses or by sharing your family's invite code.

Who can see my posts and photos?

Only members of your family groups can see content you share. SmileSpark is completely private - we don't show your content to anyone outside your invited family members. There are no public posts or discovery features.

How do I add my grandparents to the family?

As a family owner, you can invite grandparents by email from the Family Settings page. If they need help with technology, you can help them create their account and show them how to use the simple interface. SmileSpark is designed to be easy for all ages to use.

Can I delete posts after sharing them?

Yes, you can edit your own posts for up to one week after sharing them, and you can delete your posts at any time. Family owners can also delete any posts in their family groups if needed for moderation purposes.

Is SmileSpark safe for children?

Yes, SmileSpark is designed with family safety in mind. Children under 13 need parental consent to join. There are no strangers, no advertising, and no public content. Family owners have full control over who can join their family groups and what content is shared.

How much does SmileSpark cost?

SmileSpark is currently free to use during our early access period. We're committed to keeping our service affordable for families. We'll always be transparent about any future pricing changes well in advance.
